In our literature search for Cl Dolidze 28, we found a list of 9 references related to this object. We examined each catalogue to determine the instruments used for the survey and the criteria applied. This information is summarized in section 3.1.

Following this, we conducted observational and statistical studies in sections 3.2 and 3.3, respectively, focusing on our cluster. These analyses prompt us to investigate whether the region identified as ’Dolidze 28’, centered at RA = 276.370 deg, DEC = -14.650 deg (ICRS J2000), truly meets the criteria for classification as an open cluster.
